You do not need a finished brief to start a conversation. Here are a few answers about getting started, making the most of your budget, and what happens after launch.
Do we need to know exactly what we want built?
No. You might have a broad idea or a detailed plan you want carried out, and either is a good place to start. Working through the unknowns is the part we enjoy most. Our discovery process draws out the important details, and we size the work to fit what you want to achieve.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope of the work and the state of anything you already have. Share your goals and a rough budget, and we’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic. Before any work starts, we’ll make sure you’re comfortable with the cost and have agreed to it.
What happens after launch?
We can look after hosting, updates, backups, monitoring, and changes as you need them, so you don’t have to manage the technical side. We agree what’s included and what it costs up front. If you’d rather run things yourselves, we’ll hand over what you need.
Do we need to replace our existing website?
Not necessarily. We look at what works, what doesn’t, and whether improving what you have would do the job. If moving to a new platform is worth the cost and effort, we’ll explain why.
